1. Food Items – No Return Policy
Since our food is freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered or picked up.
2. Order Cancellation
Before Preparation Begins
- Orders can be cancelled only before we start preparing your food.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
After Preparation Begins
- Cancellations cannot be accepted once cooking has started.
Bulk / Party Orders
- Party orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Advance payments may be forfeited if cancelled late.
3. Refund Eligibility

If you receive an incorrect item:

If the food is spoiled, damaged, or not up to expected standards:

d) Delivery Failure (Our Side)
If your order cannot be delivered due to our internal issues (kitchen, logistics, etc.):
- A full refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after receiving the order.
- Spiciness or taste preference issues (subjective preferences).
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable to receive the order.
- Delay caused by weather, traffic, or third-party delivery partners.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
5. Return Policy for Packaged Products (Pickles, Masalas, Rice Mixers, etc.)
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, leaked, or defective on arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Conditions:

- Product should be unused and in original packaging.
- Photo or video proof is mandatory for verification.
