1. Food Items – No Return Policy

Since our food is freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered or picked up.


2. Order Cancellation

Before Preparation Begins

  • Orders can be cancelled only before we start preparing your food.
  • If eligible, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

After Preparation Begins

  • Cancellations cannot be accepted once cooking has started.

Bulk / Party Orders

  • Party orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Advance payments may be forfeited if cancelled late.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

a) Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 1 hour of delivery.
  • We will offer a replacement or a refund.

b) Missing Items

If part of your order is missing:

  • Notify our support team immediately.
  • Missing items will be replaced or refunded.

c) Quality Issues

If the food is spoiled, damaged, or not up to expected standards:

  • Report the issue within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Photo/video proof may be required for verification.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.

d) Delivery Failure (Our Side)

If your order cannot be delivered due to our internal issues (kitchen, logistics, etc.):

  • A full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the order.
  • Spiciness or taste preference issues (subjective preferences).
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailable to receive the order.
  • Delay caused by weather, traffic, or third-party delivery partners.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

5. Return Policy for Packaged Products (Pickles, Masalas, Rice Mixers, etc.)

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective on arrival.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product should be unused and in original packaging.
  • Photo or video proof is mandatory for verification.

If approved, we will arrange:

  • A product replacement, or
  • Full refund back to your original payment method.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
